Barbara Batiste is the founder of On Purpose Transportation and the visionary behind Dispatch Services. With decades of professional experience in administration, training, and systems-based work, she brings structure, clarity, and purpose to everything she builds.

Anthony Batiste

Anthony Batiste brings real-world transportation experience to the heart of On Purpose Transportation. He is the visionary behind our Prep School and operations. His hands-on background provides students and carriers with practical insight into the realities of the road and the expectations of the industry.

Anthony’s experience includes:

  • Professional commercial driving

  • First-hand knowledge of day-to-day trucking operations

  • Understanding of load movement, timing, and accountability

  • Mentoring and guiding new entrants into the industry

As an instructor and industry lead, Anthony plays a critical role in ensuring our training reflects what actually happens in transportation—not just theory.
